Lifeguard course 2026

Dates: February 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th

Times: 9am - 5pm 

 Assessment date: Feb 20th

Cost: €450 New Candidates €250 Renewals(renewals must have completed 20 hours training verified by RLSS trainer, or must complete full course).

Candidates must be 16 or over and able to do the following:

• Swim 50m under 60 seconds
• Tread water in deep end for 60 seconds
• Surface dive to the bottom of the deep end (2m)
• Dive into pool
• Complete side-stroke
• Swim another stroke; Breast stroke or back crawl.
